How to participate?

Organizations that have received special accreditation by the United Nations General Assembly for the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development, or that were accredited to the previous international conferences on financing for development held in Monterrey, Doha, and Addis Ababa or to their follow-up processes.

Special Accreditation for Private Sector Companies

Special accreditation for FFD4 conference is closed.

Kindly be reminded that accreditation to other UN Conferences (e.g., COP) does not transfer to FFD4.


Registration to the ECOSOC FFD Forum and 4th PrepCom Session for FFD4

Registration to the ECOSOC FFD Forum and 4th PrepCom Session for FFD4 for specially accredited organizations is now open. Registration will close on 13 April at 12:00 noon (New York time).

Business Steering Committee for UN FFD4

The Business Steering Committee was launched on 25 June 2024 to engage with the wider universe of businesses for the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4) in 2025.

The Committee is co-chaired by the GISD Alliance and the International Chamber of Commerce. For the first time, the Committee brings together a broad range of business organizations and groups, as well as UN-System related private sector initiatives. The members of the Committee are:

The role of the Committee is to:

  • Agree on issues of importance to private stakeholders to bring to FFD4,
  • Engage with the intergovernmental process of the Conference,
  • Arrive at headline business commitments and partnerships to be launched,
  • Organize an International Business Forum on the sidelines of FFD4.
