Конференция FFD4 будет включать динамичную и инклюзивную программу, включающую официальный программу, побочные и специальные мероприятия, а также другие ключевые события и активности. К этим ключевым событиям относятся такие мероприятия, как Форум гражданского общества 2025, Международный бизнес-форум и Платформа действия Севильи, которые совместно способствуют широкому вовлечению и сотрудничеству между всеми заинтересованными сторонами. 

Официальная программа FFD4 пройдет в FIBES 1, павильон 1, включая высокоуровневые сессии открытия, пленарные заседания и заключительные сессии. Кроме того, шесть многосторонних круглых столов, сопредседательствуемые главами государств и правительств, обсудят некоторые из наиболее актуальных тем сегодняшнего дня, соответствующих областям деятельности FFD и результатам конференции.
