First Draft of the FFD4 Outcome Document published
The First Draft of the FFD4 Outcome Document was released by the co-facilitators (Mexico, Nepal, Norway and Zambia) on Monday, 10 March 2025. The draft builds on comments that delegations and stakeholders provided on the zero draft outcome document and restates the commitment to an ambitious and action-oriented outcome document.

Zero Draft of the FFD4 Outcome Document published
The Zero Draft of the FFD4 Outcome Document was released on Friday, 17 January 2025. Building on the Elements Paper and incorporating valuable inputs from a wide range of stakeholders, the Zero Draft serves as a foundation for discussions leading up to the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4).

FFD4 Elements Paper published
The co-facilitators of the outcome document for the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4) – Mexico, Nepal, Norway and Zambia – released an elements paper on Friday, 22 November 2024.
The elements paper was prepared on the basis of close to 300 inputs from Member States, United Nations (UN) entities, international financial institutions, civil society, the private sector, academia and other stakeholders in response to the call for inputs issued by the co-facilitators on 26 July 2024.
The elements paper will guide substantive discussions at the second session of the FFD4 Preparatory Committee (PrepCom) from 3-6 December 2024. The views and feedback received during the second PrepCom session will inform the preparation of the zero draft of the FFD4 outcome document.
