United Nations to register system entities are invited to the ECOSOC FFD Forum and Fourth Session of the Preparatory Committee until 21 April 2025 through the Indico platform here.

Specialized Agencies and Related Organizations

Representatives of the Specialized Agencies (FAO, ICAO, IFAD, ILO, IMF, IMO, ITU, WORLD BANK, UNESCO, UNIDO, UNWTO, UPU, WHO, WIPO and WMO), and related organizations (which include CTBTO Preparatory Commission, IAEA, OPCW and WTO) are required to follow the same procedures as for IGOs to register for the Conference. 

Pre-registration:  24 April to 12 June 2025 

Online onsite registration in Seville: 26 June 2 July 2025 (till 1:00 pm local time) 

Delegations are kindly reminded that, as part of the registration process, copies of letters of credentials or letters (stamped and signed by the permanent representative, head of chancery or an authorized signatory) containing the official delegation lists must be uploaded on to each online registration form in the eRegistration system.  Also note that passport-size coloured photographs (with white background) of all listed members of delegations are a mandatory requirement and must be uploaded in the registration form for each member of the delegation. All photographs must be recent and taken not more than six months prior to registration. Please note that the review and verification process of the online registrations may take up to 4-5 days. 


International Organizations with standing invitations to observe the proceedings of the General Assembly and other interested international bodies that were accredited to the previous international conferences on financing for development

Registration (request of a conference badge) of official delegations of the IGOs is handled by the United Nations Protocol and Liaison Service. 

(A) Those organizations listed above and are already enrolled in the online “eRegistration” system may follow the same procedure for States, through the “designated eRegistration focal points” of the organizations or their respective Observer Missions in New York, who have access to the eRegistration system. 

(B) Those organizations listed above and that have not enrolled in the online “eRegistration” system must request temporary access to the system in advance to register to the Conference. Requests for temporary access to the eRegistration system must be received by the Protocol Office no later than 23 May 2025.  

To request temporary access to the eRegistration system, please follow the instructions in the “Guidelines to apply for eRegistration Temporary Access” https://www.un.org/dgacm/sites/www.un.org.dgacm/files/Documents_Protocol/guidelines_to_apply_for_eregistration_temporary_access_english_16feb2024.pdf  posted on the Protocol website.  The review and processing time of these requests may take up to 4-5 days.  Upon receipt of temporary access, the designated focal points should check out the “Guidelines on using the eRegistration system” at https://www.un.org/dgacm/sites/www.un.org.dgacm/files/Documents_Protocol/guidelines-eregistration-2023-aug-eng.pdf

Non-accredited Intergovernmental Organizations

Please note that the ad hoc accreditation for Intergovernmental Organizations that do not have observer status with the General Assembly of the United Nations closed on 14 March 2025.

Intergovernmental organizations that have received ad hoc accreditation to the FFD process are invited to please request the registration link to the ECOSOC FFD Forum and Fourth Session of the Preparatory Committee until 21 April 2025 by messaging desa-ffd4.delegate@un.org
