Ad Hoc Group on Dispute Avoidance and Resolution
STABLISHED:
Mandate:
The Ad hoc Group is mandated to monitor developments in dispute avoidance and resolution, as well as to monitor feedback from capacity development activities.
The Ad hoc Group shall identify linkages with the other Committee’s workstreams in its proposed work plan and, throughout its work, shall liaise with other relevant Subcommittees as appropriate to ensure coherence across the Committee’s outputs.
The Ad hoc Group will report to the Committee at each session.
