Media
- Accreditation for FFD4
Media accreditation is strictly reserved for members of the press (print, photo, radio, television, film, news agencies and online media) who represent a bona fide media organization. Media representatives should apply either on their own OR through the delegations. Duplicate requests will be rejected.
(1) Media representatives including journalists, photographers and videographers who are not part of official delegations, must apply for accreditation through the United Nations Media Accreditation and Liaison Unit (MALU) online form. When completing the form, select Temporary Pass in the Pass Details section, and enter the conference title and dates in the Assignment fields.
Media representatives applying independently are required to upload a letter of assignment from a bona fide media organization addressed to the United Nations. Independent broadcast or film production companies must provide a letter from a broadcast organization or film distributor which has committed to air or distribute the work. Media accreditation is not issued to information outlets or advocacy publications of non-governmental organizations.
Media Registration (non-delegation) to the Conference will be open from 1 March to 12 June 2025.
(2) Media representatives who are a part of official delegations, including official photo and video, must be registered through the online e-Registration system, which is available on the e-deleGATE portal. Designated e-Registration focal points at the respective permanent/observer mission or liaison office in New York may refer to the instructions
Pre-registration of delegation media: 24 April to 12 June 2025.
Delegation media personnel seeking on-site registration will be instructed to submit the request through their respective permanent/observer mission or liaison office in New York via the online e-Registration system.
For questions regarding media accreditation, please contact MALU at malu@un.org.
