Participation is open to all States Members of the United Nations or States members of the specialized agencies and observers in the General Assembly.
Registration for the Multi-stakeholder Hearing, sessions of the Preparatory Committee, and the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development will be conducted by the Protocol and Liaison Service.
