- Registration for FFD4
Registration (request of a conference badge) of official delegations of participating States and of the European Union is handled by the United Nations Protocol and Liaison Service through the online “eRegistration system”, which is available through the e-deleGATE portal at https://edelegate.un.int. Official delegations must go through the “designated eRegistration focal points” of their respective Permanent Missions in New York, who have access to the eRegistration system. Copies of letters of credentials or letters (stamped and signed by the permanent representative, head of chancery or an authorizing official) containing the names and functional titles of the delegation must be uploaded on to each registration form in the eRegistration system at the time of online submission.
Delegations wishing to obtain information on the “eRegistration system” may refer to the updated “Guidelines on e-Registration” and “Frequently asked questions” on the Protocol website at https://www.un.org/dgacm/en/content/protocol/meetings.
Registration will be open from 24 April to 12 June 2025
Delegations are kindly reminded that, as part of the registration process, copies of letters of credentials or letters (stamped and signed by the permanent representative, head of chancery or an authorized signatory) containing the official delegation lists must be uploaded on to each online registration form in the eRegistration system.
Also note that passport-size coloured photographs (with white background) of all listed members of delegations (except Heads of State or Government, Vice-Presidents and Crown Princes or Princesses and their spouses), are a mandatory requirement and must be uploaded in the registration form for each member of the delegation. All photographs must be recent and taken not more than six months prior to registration. Please note that the review and verification process of the online registrations may take up to 4-5 days.
Kindly convey all questions to desa-ffd4-delegate@un.org.
- Travel Advisory for Member States
Limited funding is available from the voluntary contributions made by Member States to support the participation of representatives of developing countries, priority being given to representatives of the least developed countries and small island developing States, on a first-come-first-served basis.
The funding for delegates will cover the round-trip air ticket for up to three representatives from each developing country (whom can originate from capital or the Permanent Mission in New York) to Seville, daily subsistence allowance and terminal expenses in accordance with United Nations regulations and rules, with priority given to representatives of LDCs, LLDCs and SIDS requiring travel support to attend the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development in Sevilla, Spain.
