The first session of the Preparatory Committee will take place in Addis Ababa at the Ethiopian Skylight Hotel from Monday, 22 to Friday, 26 July 2024.
Interested parties such as Member States, Intergovernmental Organizations (IGOs), UN entities and all other accredited stakeholders, are invited to submit their proposal by completing this form by 27 June 2024 at the latest.
Side events should be aligned with the objective and purpose of the Preparatory Committee. Approval of side events will be communicated to organizers in due course. Once your side event has been confirmed, organizers have the responsibility to liaise directly with Ethiopian Skylight Hotel to book their event and room (contact information forthcoming).
Side events will take place near the area designated as “Blue Zone” within the time slots given in the above form. Side events will be held in person only and no hybrid facilities are available. The Conference Secretariat will only publish the list of side events for informational purposes. Details including location and timing of all side events will be available in the respective side event programs.
