The World for Sale: Book Discussion

The book discussion, co-organized by FSDO/DESA, The Harriet Tubman Institute, and The Monetary Policy Institute, will take place on October 31, 2024, featuring Jack Farchy, who will present and discuss his acclaimed book, The World for Sale. This award-winning work examines the profound impact of commodity traders on international trade and how their market control has contributed to the current dysfunctions in global markets. The event will be held at UNHQ in Conference Room 8 and online, as well.
