The co-facilitators of the outcome document of the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development present to the co-chairs of the FFD4 Preparatory Committee their final revised text of the Sevilla Commitment (Compromiso de Sevilla). It reflects the co-facilitators best efforts to arrive at consensus and reflects a balanced, ambitious, and action-oriented outcome document. They believe that the implementation of the outcome document will lead to the reform of the inte
